Tradition and innovation drive anniversary of Porsche Engineering in PragueTenth anniversary of Czech Porsche Engineering subsidiary

Stuttgart/Prague. In 2011, the year in which Porsche celebrates 80 years of engineering services, Porsche Engineering Services, s.r.o. in Prague celebrates its tenth anniversary. The Czech subsidiary of the German Porsche Engineering Group GmbH in Weissach, Baden-Wuerttemberg, is an integral part of engineering services by Porsche.

With the design bureau established in the Czech Republic on October 3, 2001, Porsche returned to its roots. Ferdinand Porsche, visionary pioneer of automobile history and founder of the sports car manufacturer Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, was born in Vratislavice nad Nisou (Maffersdorf).

Porsche Engineering is a top-quality automotive design and engineering service provider. From the concept phase to series production, Porsche Engineering supports its customers in the development of complete vehicles, systems, modules and components.

Porsche Engineering in Prague specializes in complex technical calculations and simulations and expands its competencies in related business areas. Thus, it contributes to the integrated engineering services of Porsche Engineering worldwide.
