We develop functions and software according to ASPICE standards for control systems related to "deceleration," along with the corresponding system calibration. Additionally, we offer development, integration, and validation of steering systems for both front and rear axles, including functional and software development according to ASPICE guidelines and the corresponding system calibration. We oversee the development of suspension and vertical dynamics systems from concept to series production, covering both passive and active suspension systems according to ASPICE, along with their system calibration. Our driving dynamics and validation competencies encompass drive systems, chassis, and all-wheel drive systems, and objective assessment of driving dynamics, comfort and tire behaviour, as well as simulation-based development and validation. Testing in Model-in-the-Loop, Software-in-the-Loop, and Hardware-in-the-Loop environments allows validation in an early stage and ensures the highest safety standards according to ISO 26262 (FuSa) and ISO 21448 (SOTIF), which we enrich with a professional setup of simulator activities Additionally, we conduct component and lifetime testing, including abuse tests. In the early development phase, we are responsible for creating cohesive overall vehicle concepts and intelligent packaging solutions. Our activities include concept dimensioning, deriving vehicle derivatives, and managing digital overall vehicle development. We ensure transparency in technical and formal target conflicts and coordinate the package validation of Digital Mockup (DMU) vehicles. Additionally, we develop body structural systems, selecting appropriate materials and joining techniques while integrating requirements for stiffness, strength, crash performance, and manufacturability.

This includes the design and development of dashboards, center consoles, door panels, greenhouse systems, seat systems, as well as carpets and trunk linings. Additionally, we develop add-on parts such as front-end modules, front and rear fascias, and aerodynamic components. With the integration of electronic components and testing, we take care of the complete function realization. Our team is also responsible for supplier and launch management of these systems, with a continuous focus on sustainability and recyclability.
