Nardò Technical Center recently welcomed back former employees for a special reunion marking its 50th anniversary. The event brought together generations of people who helped shape the proving ground’s story—sharing memories, reconnecting with familiar places, and discovering how the site has evolved over the decades.

High-power EV charging now available

Nardò Technical Center has expanded its electric charging infrastructure with new 560 kW charging stations.  

Strategically positioned near the workshops and most used tracks, these additions significantly reduce charging time and enhance the efficiency of on-track EV testing.

Since opening its doors on July 1^st, 1975, Nardò Technical Center has been at the forefront of vehicle testing and advanced automotive technologies. Over five decades, what began as a proving ground with unique tracks and expert testing capabilities has evolved into an integrated hub for the high-performance development and testing of intelligent, connected, and safe vehicles.
