Through the on-the-job master's degree program, Porsche Engineering gives motivated employees the opportunity to take the next step in their development. It allows employees to expand their theoretical knowledge and enhance their professional qualifications while continuing to do their jobs.

Selection of the university and course of study is up to the employee. And as far as working hours are concerned, the company is exceedingly cooperative and flexible to support the endeavor with optimal conditions. The ultimate objective: continuous enhancement of the theoretical expertise of our employees – in parallel with professional practice.

Qualification for the on-the-job master's is based on the personal dedication and drive of the applicant. Also a must: a completed bachelor's degree and at least one year in the fold at Porsche Engineering.
